Dr. Julianne Frain brings over 15 years of rehabilitation experience and is the founder of Rehab Pro Assessment and Consultation. A recognized authority in life care planning, vocational evaluation, wage imputation, and medical cost
analysis, Dr. Frain has testified in nearly 300 cases across state and federal venues. She is regularly retained as a vocational and life care planning expert witness for cases involving personal injury, medical negligence, family law, workers’ compensation, wrongful death, and discrimination. She has assessed damages on thousands of claims ranging from minor to catastrophic injuries.

Ms. Devin Rohack holds a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE), and Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP). Formerly a vocational case manager with the State of Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, she has extensive experience developing rehabilitation plans and conducting vocational evaluations, including loss of earning capacity assessments, for individuals with psychiatric and physical disabilities. Since entering the forensic field in 2022, Ms. Rohack has managed a full caseload focused on life care planning and vocational rehabilitation consulting.

Ms. Jenny Benitez is a tenured vocational evaluator and life care planning assistant with more than a decade of experience in vocational rehabilitation and medical market research. As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) authorized by the
Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, she has conducted over 300 independent vocational evaluations. Ms. Benitez specializes in vocational evaluation, earning capacity assessment, and medical market analysis to determine usual and customary rates of medical care and support accurate life care plans.

Ms. Amanda Thomas holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health, Assessment and Treatment and joined Rehab Pro Assessment and Consultation in 2017. She works with clients experiencing complex mental health and chronic pain conditions to develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans. Ms. Thomas is skilled in clinical assessment, psychological evaluation, and medical cost analysis, contributing to the accuracy and credibility of life care plans.

Ms. Beth Simkins is a seasoned office manager with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare administration
and operations. She provides organizational leadership, client support, and case coordination to ensure the
efficient delivery of life care planning and vocational rehabilitation services. Known for her attention to detail and
commitment to timely communication, Ms. Simkins helps maintain the firm’s high standards for professional service and case management.
