Julianne Frain, PhD, CRC, CLCP, ABVE/D
Dr. Julianne Frain possesses 15 years of rehabilitation experience and is the founder of Rehab Pro Assessment and Consultation. She is a subject matter expert in the areas of vocational evaluation, wage imputation, disability, life care planning, and reasonable costs of medical care. Dr. Frain has testified approximately 300 times in state and federal venues and is regularly retained in litigation venues such as personal injury, medical negligence, family law, workers compensation, wrongful death, discrimination, and wrongful termination cases. Dr. Frain has assessed damages on thousands of claims ranging from minor injuries to catastrophic injuries.
Devin Rohack, MEd, CRC, CVE, CLCP
Ms. Rohack possesses a master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Vocational Evaluator, and Certified Life Care Planner. Having previously worked for the State of Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation as a vocational case manager, Ms. Rohack has extensive experience creating rehabilitation plans in the public sector and evaluating a wide range of psychiatric and physical disabilities in both adolescents and adults. Ms. Rohack entered the forensic venue in 2022 and has since been handling a full-time caseload of claims, evaluating loss of earning capacity, and life care planning needs.
Jenny Benitez, MEd, CRC
Ms. Benitez is a tenured vocational evaluator and life care planning assistant. She is Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and is authorized to work as a vocational evaluator with the Florida' Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. She possesses a decade of experience working with the public determining return to work plans, and has independently performed over 300 vocational evaluations. Ms. Benitez also possesses over a decade of experience in medical market research. She specializes in Vocational Evaluation, Earning Capacity Assessment, and Medical Market Evaluations to determine usual and customary rates of medical care.
Melissa Colvert, Medical Billing and Coding Specialist
Melissa Colvert is a seasoned medical billing specialist possessing expertise in all aspects of billing, coding, reimbursement audits, and revenue cycle management. She has decades of training and experience in working with insurance providers and patients to customize their billing experience. Her work experience includes managing and performing billing audits in outpatient surgical centers, gastroenterology, insurance claims, and most recently came to Rehab Pro Assessment and Consultation from a prestigious neurosurgical institute where she was the full-time practice manager where she oversaw billing services for patients undergoing spinal procedures and surgeries.. Ms. Colvert is very knowledgeable about usual, customary, and reasonable charge rates for patients undergoing all medical services and is of particular value in our company's case work pertaining to pricing out care plans and assisting with past billing reviews.
Amanda Thomas, MEd. EDs
Amanda Thomas possesses a master's degree in clinical mental health, assessment and treatment. She joined Rehab Pro Assessment in 2017 and has since worked with patients suffering from complex mental health and combined physical issues (eg. chronic pain), in determining appropriate rehabilitative planning. Ms. Thomas is well versed in creating and assessing treatment plans and the reasonableness of medical pricing.
Beth Simkins, BS, MBA
Ms. Simkins is a seasoned office manager with over 25 years in healthcare administrative experience. Ms. Simkins possesses strong office leadership skills, and a desire to provide colleagues and customers with answers to common questions, appointment scheduling, and distribution of office materials and expert information. Ms. Simkins is deadline driven and always happy to help maintain the company's case management goals.
